I just want to drop a quick note to offer my many congratulations to Christopher “Xoph-Daddy” Arbor.  My good friend and sometimes writing-partner is, as of last night, engaged to be married.

He seems pretty happy about it.

For those of you who don’t know him, he’s a fantastic cat and well deserving of all the happiness in this or any world.  I don’t want to say too much about it because i don’t want to end up using jokes i might want to later put into my best mans speech, but i did want to let you all know.

So Mazel Tov, sir.

Also, tomorrow, later today technically, he is running a marathon.  Send him hydration angels.  Those things kill folk.
